Review on York Nordic Burner Walking Detachable Outdoor Recreation by Michael Boyce

I have severe arthritis in my neck and upper back and wasn't sure if poles would put stress on those areas. I've only used them a couple of times due to the weather, but I haven't felt any extra strain or pain. The shoulder bag they came in allows me to just grab the bag and go. Until my men order poles for themselves, we share them. I use them when we start our walk and he sets them up for the return. I am 5ft 1in and he is 6ft and it is very easy to adjust the height. The clip that connects the posts when not in use is a great addition.
