Great solution with many capabilities

The capability to have a user-friendly interface that can be used by even non-technical users is one of my favorite things about live chat software. It's easy to set up, easy to train users, and easy to use. There are some features I wish could be improved upon; however, this isn't too big of an issue. If you're looking for something simple but powerful, then LiveChat should be at the top of your list. We've been able to reduce our phone call rates by over 40%! This has also allowed us to save time because we no longer need to wait for customers to call back.

  • Easy training process (even with new employees)
  • Ability monitor customer experience metrics when using via mobile devices.
  • Powerful reporting capabilities easily exportable or emailing directly from within dashboard
Cons
  • None
