I like that they do criminal checks, drug tests etc., for free! They're reliable as well since my background check came back clear so it's easy going from there (no more worrying about getting hired).

It is not always accurate though - sometimes you get false positives or negatives which can be frustrating when trying something new such an interview process but overall pretty good service if used correctly!! Nothing really at this point -- just make sure your documents/info provided by them matches what information comes up online through other means before hiring someone off theirs :) They do an amazing job at what they say is done, no complaints from my end! I would highly recommend them for employment background checks as well landlord/tenant screenings when needed or required by law because it's thoroughness far outweighs any other service out there that i've seen so FAR!! Nothing but good things about this organization. If you need someone who will get down right into workable details without being too technical - give these guys your money. !
