The globe does not levitate in the middle of the "C" like in the pictures, it levitates much closer to the top. the color of the LED is also a solid bluish. but it floats, and if you turn it gently, it spins for a while. but it doesn't rotate on its own, so keep that in mind. It also has a constant hum that can be heard in a very quiet room. Not loud at all, barely audible. but if you are in a quiet room you can hear it. As others have said, the documentation is poor but doesn't need detailed instructions, it's pretty easy to understand.
