The installation instructions are wrong.
The product corresponds to that declared. When you connect the green wire, the instructions say to wrap the exposed wire around the screw and tighten. As a result, the device is pushed to the side during installation and you cannot install the cover flush. The block has a hole where the green wire is inserted (as with white and black).
