I bought this dress for my daughter's first birthday. The dress is cute. However, the sleeves are not hemmed. It looks unfinished to me. Luckily I know someone who could hem them before their party. Also, I was worried that the dress would be too small for her after reading the reviews. Luckily she weighs less for her age. So it fits her closely. At least she will stop wearing it on her birthday.
