I have installed many fans in my life and they can be a little tedious. This was very handy, it's worth noting that where the fan blades attach to the blade holder you usually have 3 screws that you have to insert and screw in by hand as the blade mounting screw is already attached to the blade holder. Basically you push the blade and blade holder together and the holder has what looks like 3 wing nuts to attach them together. You turn it 90 degrees and you're done. It saved time and was so easy I left it to my 5 year old. It was a pleasant surprise.
