Review on Traumasoft EMS by Roy Whetstone

It is helpful to integrate our software with other products like Microsoft Dynamics 365, NPS, etc. We have been using it since 2018 and it has never let us down! The integration process between TraumaSoft EMS and the rest of our software is seamless! I would say that most of the support features are great too. The only thing I dislike about this product is that you can't see the number of tickets in progress or closed at times. I guess this helps to keep things organized as well! Overall, it's an amazing product. We use this product for our EMT dispatch system. It also works great with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
