Review on Bright Starts Oball Musical Shake Toy, Jingle & Grasp Pal, BPA-Free Baby Rattle Toy, Suitable for Newborns and Up by Bradley Wacks

Our boys are 4 months old and love to grab. We've had Oball Shaker rattles for a while now and they seem to like them a lot because little fingers fit easily through the holes. We also had one of the helicopters from our Revain baby check-in welcome box. So I hopped onto the internet to see what other Oball items were out there (LOTS!) and ordered a few others including this frog. I like the rattle inside and the little handles on the sides. Children seem to enjoy the sound and are just as good at picking it up. I deducted two stars because this toy is heavy (- one star) and TOP is heavy (- one star). It will NOT sit on the bottom as shown in the photos unless sitting directly on a fluffy blanket or similar. He naturally lands head down, which is very stupid. The head is also quite heavy, which makes it a little dangerous for little ones to twirl around and grab hold of it. I wish it was a more open ball design with handles and a rattle inside. Perhaps this toy has some developmental value as it's heavy (force toddlers to flip it over to hold it properly) but I didn't see any mention of it in the description so I suspect it's just bad design. In my opinion, there are better ones (also from Oball!). Buy Baby Einstein's Bendy Ball instead.
