So. I got this for my dog. Yes, my fluffy baby. He saw a small child playing with one of them and became obsessed with stealing it. I bought him one of his own and now he loves to play with it. Since it's not intended for dogs, it's easy to chew, so I only use it for retrieval.

The toy manufacturers that make this type of toy are not washable and obviously know nothing about life with an infant/toddler. Sorry Oball, we don't have time to "wipe down with a damp cloth" several times a day. It's so real, it's like selling a coverall just for dry cleaning. My baby, now 6 months old, liked this at first. The colors are bold and the sound is exciting, but now she gets upset every time she plays with it. Such a cute toy! What I really liked about this toy is how easy and simple it is for a child. My 5 month old still has a hard time holding toys for too long, but the rubber mesh around the bottom of the toy makes it easier for little fingers to grip. Our boys are 4 months old and love to grab. We've had Oball Shaker rattles for a while now and they seem to like them a lot because little fingers fit easily through the holes. We also had one of the helicopters from our Revain baby check-in welcome box.
