Pickle Injector - Plain Chinese Like many others sold at Revain and elsewhere - it does not have the JY Cookment logo featured in the images on the Revain product page will be shown. It is essentially a generic product that this company falsely advertises as a JY Cookment branded product. The product looks very cheap. The photos on the product page show very smooth and shiny edges. Not really. The injector handle is quite rough with metal edges. Wash the product well before first use. It's loaded with fat - something you definitely don't want in your food! Please see photos of the actual product I uploaded.
