COOKMENT Meat Kit Injector Professional Review

I love all sizes of hypodermic needles that can be used from steaks to brisket. Follow the instructions and you will be happy. It is better to fill liquid like a syringe than to try to fill by hand with the cap open. It's also easy to clean.

This item arrived quickly but when I first used it the marinade was everywhere. The leak is clearly due to a poor seal at the base of the injection hose (see image). This is the result of inferior production and lack of quality control. This article is just useless.

Contains only TWO needles. If you are reading this it says it in one place but hides it. Three are listed elsewhere. We were ok with the two we got but also felt cheated. The back of the box even says two. Haven't really used it yet but the quality seems ok, especially compared to the plastic junk my wife had. I will update the review if it turns out to be junk after use. Seems pretty good. You will receive two longer needles.

Anyone who, like me, uses plastic sticks that come with juice for injection is missing out. This thing is industrial, has many different nozzles for the exhaust stream, and just feels like quality. My whole family was scared because once that tip is on this thing looks like a syringe monster from the movies, probably about 9 inches long. And functionally, it's reliable and works as expected. Excellent purchase.

Well made stainless steel syringe; and a set of needles. . .Ideal for piercing roast and grilled meat. Easy to clean; and without much fuss. I found a very nice plastic storage case with a latch and lid to store the device and needles. I used my previous medical glass syringe for over 40 years (until "someone" stole it <smile>). I expect to get the same long-term performance from this device (I only need 25 years because I plan on "boxing it up"). when I turn 106 <smile>)

Pickle Injector - Plain Chinese Like many others sold at Revain and elsewhere - it does not have the JY Cookment logo featured in the images on the Revain product page will be shown. It is essentially a generic product that this company falsely advertises as a JY Cookment branded product. The product looks very cheap.
