Bought 2 of these for my boys for Christmas, a white and a black. They worked great, have good sound quality and it's nice to have an interruptible connection. Recently the right speaker stopped working on a white couple. Tested it with a cable from a different pair to rule it out. After contacting Turtle Beach support and providing all materials for testing, the support rep asked if they could send me a new cable as the other one might be defective. I replied again with all the info to test and said the black pair works great with the cable. Even after further e-mail inquiries, there was no answer from them for several weeks. The product is good until you need support when something breaks under warranty.
