Best value for reptiles and amphibians

I bought this for an outdoor turtle enclosure, I like the adjustable thermostat but feel I will probably need a larger ceramic heater , if I live in a colder place (I live in Florida). Definitely great value for money, was very durable and has withstood the weather.
