Just decorative for the kitchen and dining room

I like the size and the wide neck of the glasses. I was hoping to use them to top up kits to give to the whole family as Christmas gifts (e.g. to fill one with all the ingredients for the ice cream etc) but not only are the lids NOT airtight, but also breathable. They don't lay flat or pinch, so I'm not sure I can even get them across town without the lids falling off. I definitely wouldn't store cookies, marshmallows, flour, or anything else that might go stale in it. They should only be used for decoration in a place where they will not be moved or opened frequently.
