Worked great for my opinion

I read a lot of reviews and was on the fence about ordering these. Glad I did! Yes, they are made of heavy plastic and metal, I have not had trouble using them on my leather Loafers, suede ankle boots, jacquard/leather designer loafers. They have widened my shoes nicely. It may take a couple uses on some shoes, but I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was able to successfully stretch out some trail running shoes with this, and they fit me quite well now. I like that it lets you widen the shoe, elongate it, or both. I suggest soaking the shoes first, inserting these, setting the stretch, and letting them air dry for three days. Don’t be afraid to try again if they don’t stretch all the way after the first attempt.
