A useful tool in digital transformation

The best part of alowe is its mobile app which I use for chatting purpose. As it connects both voice and SMS services so we can have communication from any place at anytime without wasting time.The UI sometimes gets sluggish while using due to heavy traffic but this doesn't effect overall performance. There are some bugs like audio issues as well when you keep sending files through file transfer option within same windows. We're dealing with customer service related queries which were previously solved using landlines only now people also want to communicate over WhatsApp, Facebook etc. This has made their life easier because there's no need of going out of office just to attend meeting regarding such matters which used to take days earlier before. Easy setup for multiple languages (English/Spanish) as well as integration of CRM apps such as Zendesk & SugarCRM is very good! The customer service team is helpful if you have questions during setup or after going live. We are using aloway to provide customer service to our clients who use our mobile banking app. This has allowed us to improve customer satisfaction while having better control over data entry errors which we used to get from paper forms.
