I say 90% because the latest software, EpsonScan2, doesn't let you set the percentage size while the old software, EpsonScan, allows you to. (see comparison in the photo). Taking off a star because it annoys me when "upgrades" are inferior to the previous version. Yes the scanner comes with Silverfast which is very sophisticated software that allows you to measure size by percentage but it is more than I need and the older software was more intuitive and had everything I needed without the extra Frills. sure, old software does not work with this scanner and my OSX. BTW, I'm an illustrator and I use a scanner for high resolution finished graphics. The scanning is excellent and it's the only professional scanner of its kind, so I still recommend it to professionals.
