So, two things. This lock is pretty cool but the instruction manual is wrong. I had to watch YouTube videos to figure out what was wrong. The brochure says to make the crankshaft vertical, but when you do that the lock doesn't turn, it should be horizontal. Second, I can't get my Alexa to lock the door using voice commands, which was a huge plus for me. He says the lock is manned and he can't check if the door is locked. I can't figure out how to fix this, I've done everything they suggested. I contacted the company to see what I can do to resolve the issue. No reply yet, I will update if they reply to me. Still cool overall, but a little more annoying than it should be.
