The width of this pan is just right for my Marcato Atlas 150 pasta maker. I tried using some flour for the first batch but they were horribly sticky and half of it broke . On the next batch I added olive oil then sprinkled some flour on top and it didn't hold up for the next 6 batches without having to add more oil or flour so I'll have to remember to do this in the future. .The rolling pin is not that bad, I expected much worse after reading the reviews. Small and light, yes. But it's the right size for this pan, and the small size means it's not cumbersome to use if you have jars of flour, a bowl of filling, a bowl of water to seal the edges, and a pasta maker that's yours Workbench crowded. I make 3 passes with the pen, 1 press straight down to cut out the center, then press harder on each side to trim the edges. Then the ravioli are simply removed. My pan is bent but the middle is higher than the ends. I'm not sure if this is normal and doesn't affect usage, but it's a little strange. I also like this design better than the two-component design where the "cups" for the filling are plastic and a separate tray. It just works well, is less fiddly, more durable, easier to clean and takes up less space when working.
