Review on John Boos Cutting Board Care & Maintenance Kit: 16Oz Mystery Oil, 5Oz Cream & Round Applicator by Douglas Norton

Look at my pictures posted with my review. They speak to the quality of this product better than my review could. The oil, combined with the cream, has brought back the life of my cutting boards and restored them to their original finish and luster. My boards are also nicely sealed, moisturized, and have extended lives thanks to this. I was also able to use the product on all of my wooden utensils and wood handles on my knives. I had a knife that was years.YEARS old, and the handle had changed from a light, dried up wooden handle to a dark, rich wood that had drunk the oil & cream. My other expensive japanese shun knives with walnut pakkawood handles look brand new.I did two rounds of oil. I applied the first coat in the evening, let dry overnight, then the next morning applied a second coat of oil to allow it to soak in all day. Then that night I removed the excess and applied the board cream to finish it off and left to soak overnight. In the morning I removed the excess and all of my kitchen products look amazing. LOVE THIS!
