Love how the elastic grips the hair, stays in place and is easy to adjust. The only thing I don't like is that my hair constantly pulls through the bead and gets stuck in there so much that sometimes I can't pull it out without cutting it. I've found that to prevent this from happening I have to stretch the tape while it's on my head and keep the beaded part away from the hair while I tighten it.
