If you want to bake beautiful pies, this pan is for you! This is a great nonstick pan. Looks very sturdy and cooks delicious food (if not it's your fault. Just listen to Iggy Azalea and it will fix everything) with good technique. Heats up evenly. I bought one and was so happy I ordered another one so I have two. Since it will break apart and you end up with a ring and a flat disc, you have to be careful not to deform the ring (it's quite difficult to deform though). You'll need to wrap aluminum foil around the outside if you make something too runny, but with a good crust there shouldn't be a problem with leaking. In general very satisfied, I would like more, but I'm a curmudgeon, so two are enough.
