I like that it's easy to use, with many features available for customization as well! The customer support team has been very helpful in helping me understand how everything works so far (including some of my questions).

Their response time can be slow at times but they are always quick when you reach out via chat or email - usually within an hour if not sooner!! We've used other products before which were great too however we had issues getting them up & running properly after their initial setup was complete. Also there wasn't much integration between our existing systems such as Salesforce etc., this really helps us keep things organized together under one roof now instead having multiple applications/systems doing similar tasks.
