Great in the smoker

I've used this a few times to wrap meat in the smoker and it works great. The paper is big enough to wrap around your chest. It retains moisture and allows the heat to finish cooking the meat. The paper does not stick and does not leave hot spots on food. It does not change the taste, but allows the products to rise better.
