Good canning tool! I've used a cheap 1 gallon plastic mason jar for years. Unfortunately. So I got tired or woke up looking for something better. has a small shoulder, the handle is also very ergonomic. One important thing for me, being plastic it doesn't discolour and most of the time I can rinse it right after use (depending on what I'm canning, of course). The plastic is really high quality. I'm glad I came across this, but I've spent a lot of time searching Revain for it. Reading reviews takes a lot of time, you know. Bravo to whoever came up with this! It's good to have good tools!
