We bought this hammock in a pinch because we were going on a trip we just found out about the week before and didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on something we wouldn't use all that much.well, we used it alot! Let me say, this hammock was our best investment of the trip. Not only is this well crafted, identical to $100 brands of the same material, it was the best priced, and was super simple to rig up with a few square knots looped around the carabiners. Some have said you need the straps.I can see where it would be quicker and easier with one person, but I did just fine with the included ropes. It was overcast and damp, but it was breathable keeping me cool and dry. I definitely recommend getting 1 or 2 for the value!
