The bracket itself is ok but the screws are too long. There are two "sets" of screws - one to attach the bracket to the vehicle and the other to attach the plate to the bracket. All screws are identical. For attaching the mount to the car, the length of the screw usually doesn't matter, so the included screws will work. They are not suitable for attaching the plate to the bracket. You might think it would be fairly easy to determine the length of screw needed to attach the plate to the bracket - the depth of the bracket plus a small amount (say 1/16 inch) for the plate . Instead, the included screws are about 1/3 inch longer, meaning that if you use screws you'll either have to screw additional holes in the bumper or allow the license plate to dangle. To use this mount you basically have to find other screws to use with it.
