I first posted a review saying "Not sharp enough. Used once and already bored." BUT, here's my update since then. I had no idea the company would read my review and send me another cuticle trimmer. And some add-on products! It was so nice of them. They didn't have to replace or send additional items.It's not often that you get great customer service in today's society but I can safely say I do!The cutter works great this time and the other items were amazing as well.Thank you Them!
