I made the mistake of mixing all the epoxy at once so I couldn't apply as much as I wanted as all the epoxy started to harden fairly quickly. I can add a second layer for reinforcement as only one layer is brittle. In general I am very satisfied. Be careful with carbon as it can disintegrate on you if mishandled. I used masking tape to hold the edges of the cuts together until I started applying the epoxy.
