Excellent quality hitch. The problem is that it is shown in the picture and the description says the locking pins are included. YOU ARE NOT! After sending myself another hitch with no locking pins, I finally convinced the customer service rep to understand that they could ship 100 of these and they would have NO locking pins! Gave me a $50.00 credit off the clutch price to buy the pins myself.
