I gave this as a gift. The volume setting is out of control. We tried to turn it down and it lasted briefly and the volume returned to a piercing obnoxious level. There was no way to permanently set the volume to a lower level . It was uncontrollable and always reverted back to a piercing, very loud volume. It made the child cry and scared him to tears when it kept happening. It was as if the piano was possessed. I regret purchasing this item from this company and will never purchase from them again. The plastic it was made of was thin, light weight and not sturdy at all. It felt cheaply made and it was. The parents of the child threw it away because they thought the uncontrollable volume was intolerable and also that the plastic would crack and wouldn’t be safe would not be safe for a child to hold. I was embarrassed I gave this item to that child.
