I ordered the wrong leg

I know my return window is closed, I accidentally bought the wrong leg and it was for export, I just ordered the right leg I hope it will be right . I'll be in the US next week and was wondering if I can return an accidental purchase, it's still intact and in very good condition in the packaging. Many Thanks
