Tried 4 times to make this work with 2 different top layers. garbage and waste of time. Curing times range from 40 seconds to 8 seconds and the powder will not stick to two different no-wipe surfaces when applied as directed. The instructions are somewhat forgiving and indicate operator error if the results are unsuccessful. Not always like that! Depends on the brand of top coat used. The seller should recommend what brand of top coat to use. I used two that I had and they didn't work. I'll order another top coat that I saw in the tutorials (One Dor), try again and update the review.
