When I called Razer, the rep first asked WHY I wanted to update the firmware (seriously?) and then told me that my camera's serial number was incompatible with their updated firmware. The Kiyo Pro's autofocus is decent, but sometimes it's annoying to find a subject. If your lighting is decent, it's a minor issue, and you can set the focus manually too.
