Most. Just like OEM. Fits perfectly. I changed this part when replacing the oil pump. I could probably just clean the old one, but it saves a bit of time installing the new one. These things get pretty dirty and crap. There is a method on the internet that you can use to replace the oil pump without removing the oil pan by making a minor modification to your pump or whatever to get to this part and loosen it (this part comes with screwed to the oil pump). But I don't recommend that because this screen gets dirty over the years and picks up metal and everything. Indeed, when replacing a pump, it is necessary to replace or delete this strainer. Mine was pretty bad after 210,000 miles and I take good care of my Yukon. When this screen lights up, you're done. Removing the oil pan on my Yukon is very difficult as I have 4WD and had to lower the front differential. But I'm glad I took the extra time to see how bad this screen is. Also, my oil pan gasket was a total mess and was actually falling apart.
