Review on IHome Kitchen Speaker System IPhone by Bonnie Conner

I would love to write a great review for this kitchen radio but not all the parts were included. The most important connector is for the power supply. I called Ihome customer service to report a part was missing and was told to call Revain. I found this confusing as Revain didn't package the product, it did IHome. Revain just sold it. It's like buying a bottle of ketchup, realizing it tastes weird, and then yelling at the cashier and courier. When it was sent the representative said "USPS". I explained that I am just waiting for the item and since a part was missing they should expedite the delivery. She explained that this was the only delivery method. When I asked to speak to her manager, she explained that she would tell me the same thing and that I didn't need to speak to her. I insisted and she switched delivery to Priority Mail. I still have many questions but the main one is why do you need a customer service department in New Jersey?
