This software has been great to use so far, all of our emails are automated through this system which helps us out A LOT! It makes it very easy when creating an email campaign because we can build in multiple variables such as date ranges or specific actions that need taken depending upon each user's profile within Salesforce/Dynamics365 etc.. There really isn't anything I dislike about poweraddons service at present but if you do have any questions please don’t hesitate getting back via live chat support they offer 24 hours 7 days week!! They will always respond promptly & patiently answer ALL queries asked by users during their working day / night time periods no matter how long ago submitted question was originally posted - AMAZING SERVICE PROVIDER.
