Not working properly

Took me 2 hours to set up these lights and everything was fine the first day. In just ONE DAY the LEDs started showing two different colors as shown in the picture. I've tried unplugging, unplugging, etc., but it stays the same. I will keep this 1 star review until I get a decision from the company.
