Never used chocolate molds before. There were no instructions but I worked with the melted chocolate before coating the cookies. So I just softened some white chocolate chunks in a bowl in the microwave. They became like lime and I added a little bit of food coloring. Then put some on the spatula and press on each letter I wanted. Then scrape off the excess at the top. Then place the tray in the fridge to cool. When everything was ready, I gently pressed on the backs of the letters, starting at the corners, to loosen them. Then he pulled them out. One of the "H"s broke so I had to heat some of the leftover chocolate to recreate that letter. In the end I was very happy with the results. I also made a heart just to try out this shape by squeezing soft white chocolate around the edges like playdough. Then I chilled it in the microwave too. I don't know if I did it right but I was happy with the result as in the photo. It would be nice if there were instructions and the letters were thicker so they weren't so thin. They also had an odor upon opening. Be sure to wash them before use. Also note that they don't have a high temperature threshold, so you can't bake a heart-shaped chocolate cake.
