I REALLY wanted this to work, and my 4-year old niece absolutely loved it but have had a number of things have gone wrong, resulting in an initial replacement and now a return of the replacement:1) First off, the interface is VERY confusing and not at all intuitive. I spent 1-2 hours with this before gifting it to her trying to figure it out myself.2) The shutter button is in an impossible place for a small hands to both hold the camera steady and click the shutter without covering the lens.3) Camera no. 1 was a big hit on Christmas but broke the same day, when the shutter button disappeared into the body of the camera4) Walmart sent a replacement, which also broke the same day with the charging port dislodging and becoming unusableAll in all, this was THE big hit as far as Christmas presents go, which resulted in a lot of tears and frustration when it hasn't worked as well as hoped, and then broke (twice) now. A great concept but poorly designed and manufactured. Am now ordering another similar child's thermal paper camera now in hopes of better luck.
