These things are a real find. The thin "blade" that the LEDs sit on closely mimics a regular incandescent bulb with 360 degree light giving you fantastic lighting. Installation was a breeze. My 2019 Kia Soul took 4 screws and about 3 minutes to remove the bulb and install the new LED, although your mileage may vary. The wire on the lamp body was thick and we attached it and it seemed to be well made. The connector that the standard wiring connects to was well designed, a good safe kit without requiring excessive force to connect the connector. The lamp heatsink got hot, but not too hot, and I could still touch it with my bare hand after 5 minutes of continuous use. The light output is insane. Calling these things bright is selling them undervalued. I've attached two shots, one with the lights off and one with the lights on, taken with my camera at the same settings (aperture, ISO, shutter speed and white balance) so that a true apples-to-apples comparison can be made and the camera compensates for the brightness of the LEDs. I'm really shocked. I'll update this with photos of the standard bulbs as it seems justified, the difference is almost literally a day and night (check out what I did there 😂). Highly recommend this lamp if it is suitable for your car, especially if you have a rear view camera that allows you to use it at night. I will also check for durability updates regularly. Overall 10 out of 10 for me.
