My elderly parents don't have high speed internet. Before ordering this phone I did some research and everything indicates that you don't need high speed or Wi-Fi for the phone to work. What they didn't mention is that the phone works but the subtitles ONLY work if you have high speed internet or wi-fi. Now I can't get my phone back so I'm stuck with an unusable phone.
