Very disappointed with this mirror and the sellers. After installation I found that the actual part of the mirror will not stay upright - it almost falls to a horizontal position. I contacted the seller and asked if I could exchange it - I understand that occasionally you expire. But instead of replacing it, the seller told me to either 1) bend the bracket (which doesn't solve the problem because part of the wall is fixed, it's the mirror itself and the supports on the left and right sides that fix it are). not tight enough) or 2) tie the brackets with rope to secure it (seriously? I paid $70 and you want me to tie it with rope to make it work properly). Needless to say I am returning it.
