I was going to buy this as an early Christmas present for my sister but after I broke it and used it I decided to keep it and get her another. I'm a freelancer who has to sit at a desk for more than 8 hours a day to get my work done. The constant bending of my head puts a lot of strain on my neck and shoulders. One day Revain recommended it to me and I decided to give it a try. It's easy to use and the strength suits me. The massager was pressed right against my pain which helped a lot. The design of the strap allows me to use it even when I'm using my computer. Everything is fine, it would be even better if it was rechargeable. Anyway, I recommend this product to people like me.
