The 11T-28T gearing is great for relatively flat riding.

Moved from 14-28 to this 11-28 on my road/commuter bike in an area with relatively flat terrain. Now I can take advantage of moments when I feel energetic without having to turn a lot and use medium gears for small hills and not very light headwinds. Shifting is clean and quick. I currently use this shim cassette on 11 speed hub and Tourney derailleurs with no problems.
