Revised test. The product looks good. Unfortunately, I can only use two of the three USB 3 ports at the same time. It is not enough for more "strength". When I try to charge my laptop via Power Passthrough, my laptop notifies me that I'm using a "slow charger". some sort of incompatibility with their hub that limits power output to a maximum of 60W. Obviously, it's not enough charge a laptop and run three USB devices at the same time. I am clearly disappointed that the hub is not working as intended on my laptop. But I applaud the customer service I received. If this hub is compatible with your system then it seems like a solid product. Looks nice. The processing quality is good.
