stretches out. Have to wash to shrink back to size . I bought 2 for both knees . One workout stretches out , no support. This is the Best Customer Service I have ever dealt with. They do read reviews. I loved the one piece with supportive Knee Hole. My objection was they stretch out , then too big no support left. They offered to send me replacements to try. These have no knee support and I don't like 3 pieces of Velcro. Digs into back of leg & knee. I will continue to just wash and shrink back to size ( the original one piece knee band w knee support hole) Maybe I should've ordered a smaller size. I would have if I knew they stretched.
