follow DST rules

everything works fine so far. I would like to find another one. But pay attention to the DST function. The dates no longer follow current rules, so you must "undo" incorrect date decisions as well as "make" normal daylight saving time adjustments (jump forward, roll back). Unfortunately, you can't just turn off the automatic daylight saving time feature or change "change date" either.
