They arrived quickly and worked with my Singer 5400 but they had a learning curve, luckily I had to ditch a good 2.5 inch bridesmaid dress that my daughter needed to hem so i first cut off an inch and played with this long strip of fabric and fasteners. I watched a few videos online that were helpful, but I had to figure out how to lift the fabric a bit so it feeds properly. I chose the narrowest hemming foot after getting some practice with the medium foot and deciding it was more difficult to work on delicate fabrics. I then did a test stitch before finally cutting off what I needed for the "final" stitch. I really enjoyed learning new things with them! The largest has not yet been used for anything.
